Manifest file?

Hi,

I have heard that I can control the appearance of my app by use of the apps manifest, eg I can specify that I want toolbar buttons, for instance, to display in Windows XP-style by over-riding the default Windows o/s style.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to do this?

Thanks, that really helped point me in the right direction. However, I have looked at a couple of examples now and still can't get the XP style to display, despite following all of the instructions with no (apparent) problem.
