Mangle!!!!!!

I just setting up apf firewall on my new server and its looking for mangle:

iptables v1.2.5: can't initialize iptables table `mangle': Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?)

Can someone give me stepy by step to installing or making this available.

I have searched the RH website but its not clear
