Hi,
My ftp server crashed on Friday, when I restarted it, it isn't accessible from outside the organisation (are fine inside). Ftp and ssh should be accessible.
The machine has 2 network cards (dmz and internal network), both are working okay. I can connect from internal using external IP and name with intenral cable removed etc.
The problem appears to be a local firewall issue - I've checked that bastille-firewall is disabled and also tried some different settings in the conf file but with no joy.
Does anyone know of any other firewalls that might be on the machine that might be causing the problem or any other potential issues?
I've checked for others like ipchains, iptables, netfilter etc. none appear to be running.
Thanks,
Michael
