Ok, I've got an odd situation. For some reason my BitTornado cannot bind to ports 6881-6889. I have shorewall configured to accept connections, but when the BitTornado client starts I can only get outbound connection, it cannot bind to and listen to the TC ports. I tried using a Perl Cookbook example and it cannot bind to the ports either. I'm missing something, but my search of the net has not revealed what I'm missing. Has anyone else experenced this kind of problem?
