Mandatory Profiles

I have created a mandatory prfoile for a group of users but am experiencing some slight hitches. Firstly, the icons are on the user machine, but the wallpaper and the positioning of the icon is not the same ? It also apperas to have given the user no rights as Word,Excel,Outlook and ansi emululator all crash instanlty.

I created a user account on the clients machine and copied it , drag and drop, to the share below.

Profile path is set to \\server\Estimating.MAN

Any ideas?
