Mandatory Profile causes Exchange E-mail Profiles to be lost

My question is: On a Windows NT Server 4.0, SP6a - Using mandatory profiles for clients - How do you configure Outlook 2000 profiles using Exchange 5.5? The Outlook client profile is stored on the workstation under that user's profile. Whenever the mandatory profile logs in, the Outlook profile is not maintained on the server share for the mandatory profile. How can you redirect the Outlook profile to the mandatory profile server share?
