Mandatory flag for Ref codes and MSO and reports in My appplication

Hello all, first we would like to know if there is some possibility to set mandatory flag for reference codes and for mincom fields (fields there are not mandatory - e.g general tab in MSQ541 - field location).

Second - Is there option how to put MSO's and reports into My application folder in MIMS explorer menu? Now we can put there only .exe files...
