Not sure if It is the right forum where I can ask my question!
We are an IT company with more than 50 clients, I'm looking for a way to manage the usernames, passwords for each client. What is the best practice: keeping its in a excel spreadsheets and use encryption. I've tried to find a software with a database, but the one I found doesn't have too many features to get a structured database, such as the name of the client, the type of the device: router, server, desktop, laptop and then username, password the contact of this username.
How do you do that in your company? If you are using a software, please give me its name. If you know some sites about the best practices on that, please let me know
Thanks
Noor
