Managing Traffic Priorities

I have a Cisco 2621 Router and a 1MB Leased Line to the Internet. I want to Give Priority to Audio streaming Applications and the next to Web Browsing. Can anyone let me know how it has to be done.

This can in part be done simply by using fair-queuing. However this dosent really apply for Internet links, as you can only apply the control to the links you own. Once into the Internet you loose that advantage.
