I know this question doesn’t fit the forum but I don’t see a how to manage contracts forum so I figure someone in here would have a good solution.
What do you guys use to manage your service contracts? I have so many different contracts to keep track of its making my head hurt. Maintenance on these servers expires on this date, for this software package it expires on this date, my T1 contract for that site needs to be renewed by this date, or i need to give 90 days notification if i wish to terminate this agreement and go with a different provider. I have 100's of these to manage and keep track of. I have been googling but havent seen anything that fits what i want, probably because i am not sure what i want yet. I think I want something that i could pull budgeting numbers from as well as notify me in advance of a pending expiration of service or renewal notice. Looking for input on how you guys manage this beast.
Thanks,
