Hallo - this may not be the right place to ask this, but I'm having alot of trouble figuring out how to manage my package directories in Eclipse, which wants to store all new projects in a subdir of the workspace directory.
I might not need to add that I'm a total newbie to both Java & Eclipse...
Anyone who could shed any light on this would be a massive help.
& cheers,
doug.

You need to set your workspace directory. There you will have a directory for each project and inside it the usual Java directoriy tree.

I'd take a look at you will find more info there.

Cheers,

Dian
