I have 4 Arcserve Adv Ed servers in my domain, located in 4 different cities.
In Arcserve Manager, I can view the job status for all jobs on all servers, but for some reason, I am not allowed to modify or delete a job from the Job Queue of another server.
I get an error stating;
"There are not enough rights for user Guest on server BLAHBLAH to complete this transaction. (EC=5)"
I am logged on as a member of the Domain Admins global group and have full administrative rights across all resources in the enterprise, so why does Arcserve Manager think I have logged on as Guest?
Is this a functional limitation intentionally built into the product?
Thanks for your help,
MW
