I am looking for a way to improve scheduling and planning processes. I need to book meetings for different group streams using Outlook. Some people have to attend multiple streams. Due to that frequent conflicts in availability happen all the time. I am looking for more automated way to manage scheduling and conflicts in availability. It would be nice to see all the streams at to the same time as timelines (smth like MS Project view) And then be able to drill down into each stream to see who is part of which stream. I would really appreciate any help or suggestions!
