managing mailbox

How do I start the Management mailbox option in exchange 2000? where do I start? .. also how can I open someothers mailbox. I need to delete some virus emails.. Thanks In advance..

To open other mailboxes, go to a different PC and double click on the Mail icon in the Control pannel, and then in the properties of exchange server change the name to the mailbox of the person you want, then open outlook and answer NO to the question of shortcuts etc, then delete the virus and change the name back, again saying no when you start Outlook again!
