OK. I have gone through all posts with DMX Domains and Multiple as keywords.
Here is the full description of what I want to do.
The small company I work for keeps expanding to new markets and creates new companies. I have W2k Server and Exchange 200 set up. I have also built groups to manage what companies the employees deal with.
There are 4 email domains and an internal corporate email domain. My uers need to be able to access they're mail from multile domains, and select which domain they're mail is to be sent from when mailing.
After I set up the MX forwarding I just set up the new recipient policies for each external domain to allow mail in right? Also how do I assign the user account with permissions to use the mail stores associated with each domain?
eg.
User: James
Emails: @hq.rmelectronics.com (Corporate Email)
@rmelectronics.com (External Email)
@candymachines.com (External Email)
@pipeshop.com (External Email)
@ikmeerschaum.com (External Email)
I have also spent some time digging through msdn.microsoft.com without a lot of luck on details.
Thanks,
James
