We are two months down in implementing a health care project when the board suddenly reccommends the entire plan to be changed as the criteria used to categorise patients does not work, am not a health practitioner i only manage the project. I am now left with the difficult task to manage this can someone point me in the right direction on how to tackle this one.

Hi,

Hopefully you have a scope change process already in place. My recommendations are to get the project team together, ascertain the impact to the project across the triple constraints, clearly label the changes needed to scope and schedule. Perhaps even reviewing the benefits to see if those are still applicable.

Hope this helps,
Elyse
