I am interested in implementing Cisco's Call Manager 4.0 and was wondering what it means to manage the service. What are the key problems you have encountered, security concerns, patches, what the bulk of management is spent on, is managing moves, adds and changes difficult. I would appreciate any and all information regarding the management of Cisco Call Manager.
