managing all AS instances in intranet

can i create a cluster from two BI&Forms install type AS which on two different hosts on a Infra type AS Instance again on another host?
how can i see the total 3 instances from oem web site?should i use the oem web site running on infra host for managing all AS instances?

When you install your AS's the runInstaller asks you if you want to associate this install with an already installed Infrastructure,

If you want to manage all or several AS instances in one farm simply tell the installer that you do want to install
and associate with an existing infrastructure and point it at the URL of where you have installed your Infrastructure - it doesn't matter if they are on different servers

When complete and you have installed your 2 AS's pointing to your Infrastructure when you run OEM all the instances can be seen and managed from one browser screen.

i want to ask one more question about a diffrent subject.
our Oracle Forms/Reports developer has just completed an application which we will put it on web via 9iAS.as you know we will have 2 hosts in cluster and they use a common infra instance(farm).in a document i read about 'report server cluster'. is it different from instance cluster and instance cluster doesnt already cover reports server cluster?
