I needs some ideas - I cannot get the manager server service started, so I cannot use enterprise manager. What should I be looking at? I am on nt4.0 service pack 6 using personal Oracle 8i. I can get into DBA studio as a standalone and that is about it. I have tried to start the service and I get a NT 4.0 internal error 2140 and no other explaination.
