Manager Program hangs

We have an ip office 403, running version 2 software. The first time you open the manager programme and open the ip office config you get the chance to enter the password however the manager progamme then hangs and no config is received.

If however you first reboot the ip office then do the same you get the config no problem and can work as normal. In fact you can open and close the config as many time as you like with no further reboot, however if you leave it a couple of hours the problem comes back and the phone system will need a reboot in order to open the config.

Any ideas?

I'd check your ip routes, this is not the case in default so I suspect a cfg error....

Good idea, however I have checked the config and only have 2 routes, one of blank, blank, default router on lan, Lan1 and the other for remote admin so I dont think its that, I also have RIP disabled.

check the IP address & subnet mask of your PC, the IPO will reply to a broadcast from anywhere so it will look like you are able to connect but when the transfer starts it will stall if you are on a different subnet withount the necessary route/routers
