I've got a Manager who diverts all his calls to his PA using the CFwdAll on his phone. When the PA has "filtered" the call and wants to pass it back to the Manager, the call cannot be returned due to the divert.
Is there any way around this other than using IPMA ?
Our original phone system used to allow the calls to be returned, provided they were from the DDI that was specified in the call forward.
