Manager not working on Windows 11

I'm having trouble using my Windows 11 laptop.
I can't login with Manager but I can with the web-browser.
Has anybody had this problem?

I am using Windows 11 Pro and don't have an issue. Check the windows firewall. Turn it off and test. If that works then open the Manager ports.
What version of IPO are you trying to access?

When you first open Manager in Windows 11 it asks for firewall permissions. If it isn't allowed you will not connect.
