Manager Not Connecting

Loaded the latest manager on 2 separate laptops, 1 is XP Pro SP3, the other Win 7 Pro. Both would connect to a system with previous build.
Now the XP laptop won't connect. Are there any connection issues with R.9 manager and XP Pro SP3?

The XP Pro new manager will still connect to an older release IPO but not the new IPO I created using the latest manager.

So does that mean you have the manger installed,
Working, and can see all pages and able to make changes.
Are these on rel 9 or release 7. Rel8 systems.

What version of manager do you have installed.
Please don't say the latest.
What is the actual version installed.

It is manager 9.0.3.0 build 941. works fine on Win 7 not on XP Pro SP3

New SD formatted and recreated using 9.0.3.0 build 941

4.10 Operating System Support
Microsoft Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 are no longer supported with IP Office applications.

So it wont work.

Not supported does not mean that it does not work.
Go to the preferences -> security and turn on "secure communications" and set it to none.
I have seen issues when this was turned off.
