Manager Can't Connect, System Status Can

Hey Everyone,

Kind of stuck here, we are trying to move Manager from an Server 2012 system to a new Server 2019 system. All 3 devices are on the same subnet, windows firewall is disabled, the only thing IT did was disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1. I can connect to my 2 CUs from the old system, I can connect to the 2 CUs through system status from the new system. I can't connect with Manager to either CU from the new system.

Version 11.0.4.7 Build 6

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
