It's on the Avava site but need access, but I can double check if I have but last I recall I was missing it and might need it myself again for a special project for multiple sites.
Not sure on Vista and doubt it will work but Windows 7 which is almost the same it is not compatible....you need instead to install XP Mode virtual machine for Windows 7.
