I was wondering what everyone's experiences are with management tools. I am looking for something that will allow us to collect and store KPI metrics from our Avaya Aura system.
I know there was once an Avaya product out there called Fault and Performance Manager which was part of the Avaya Integrated Management suite but I don't know if this is still being sold.
What products are available? We would like something for QoS of course but also to pull the data from the PBX and SM if possible.
