You should be able to use almost any SMNP monitoring tool. Cisco works will work. I am kind of partial to What's Up Gold myself.

It has a nice web based interface and lots of notification and monitoring tools. I have it set up to watch the Windows 2000 services on my CallManagers as well as monitoring the status of individual trunks on my gateways via SNMP.
