Is there any desktop mangement software
out there for the Option 11c

it's called otm, and it works pretty well, a few glitches show up here every now and then but all in all for a group without a tech on site it's user friendly.. i don't use it because command line is second nature and you need to just use oneor the other, not both

nortel or any nortel vendor, i don't think you can get an after market copy due to a security dongle that nortel is real proud of

depending on the software level of your 11C you might have to upgrade your system to get OTM.

i've seen phonemaster being used, it's faster eaiser and less expensive then otm.. van, the tech on site said his one call to their tech support took less then 10 min for a call back, and another 5 for a cure.. if you can get a call back from nortel, (or your vendor) on the same day, your special...
