Management Reports

Hi,

I have started to use some of the Act Reports and they are fantastic - although it keeps on crashing when I try combinations of the out-of-the-box reports.

I need help in getting a set of reports for my purpose. Any help appreciated.

1) I need to put into Act the Number of mailshots/Event marketing/Email marketing that have happened on a given date. Then I need to plot these against sales graph. Do I need to create either a field in Act or add a new entry to a field to enter the data? If so where is the best place.

2) I need to report on figures for Closed - Won, Closed - Lost, Inactive - all in one graph broken down by month.

3) Report of Opportunities Lost by Reason Type.

If there is a website where I can learn these, then that would be great too. Appreciate your help.

He may already have what you're looking for, or be able to provide either the report or the training you need.
