Hey All,

Just wanted to see if you guys out there know of any good database or other application that contains details of your network configuration (DNS Zones, DHCP Scopes, Server IP Layout) and can also record help calls and such. This is becoming a real problem for us, especially with two network operation centres and bits of paper everwhere :)
