management console server 2.1

When I run the smc web access to port 898 version 2.1 under OS 9 I receive the message in the browser:

A web version of the Solaris Management Console is not available at this time.

To run the Solaris Management Console client, at a terminal window for this host, type:

/usr/sadm/bin/smc


I've searched and couldn't find any info on this.

Is their a web version that should be answering?
