have a compaq ml370 g3
third party company put it in - agent installed 5.4 so fan running at full pelt
told them at the time to put the 6.3 agents on and it would purr
went to it today and it was running like a tornado and the agents were disabled
set to automatic and see if i could start them and i got an error.
removed them through control panel and rebooted.
tried to install 6.3 and it says cant install as there is an unsupported version installed. tried to reinstall 5.4 but same error
the icon is still in control panel but you get a rundll error if you double click it
how can i install 6.3
i assume its delete the agent files manually and get into the registry ??
