Hi,
wondered if anyone can shed any light on this:
I have 2 sites, both with ADSL connecting to MPLS circuits.
BT gave me 2 WAN IP addresses (called them IP Aliases) and 2 network IP addresses:
At site A I have:
WAN: 10.0.0.1 / 32
LAN1: 192.168.0.0 (with the router using 192.168.0.1) /24
LAN2: 172.17.0.140 /24
IP Routing: enabled
I have 2 devices at this site:
Device 1: 172.17.0.200
Device 2: 172.17.0.201
Each device has gateway set as 172.17.0.140
At site B I have:
WAN: 10.0.0.2 /32
LAN1: 192.168.1.0 (with the router using 192.168.1.1) /24
LAN2: 172.17.1.141 / 24
IP Routing enabled
I have 2 devices at this site also:
Device 1: 172.17.1.143
Device 2: 172.17.1.144
Each device has gateway set as 172.17.1.141
I can ping router to router using the 172.17.x.x addresses
I am unable to ping the internal devices from on site to the other.
What am i missing?
Any help would be fantastic.
Paul
