Does anyone have any suggestions, pro or con, for managed services of a pbx? We're considering that option but if anyone has approached this before and could comment, it would be greatly appreciated. We currently have an 81C with a total of around 1000 sets, 100 Symposium agents, and Call Pilot. We'd like to find a vendor who could host and/or manage these services so we can free up our staff for other duties.
