When we open our datebase, I`m going to Tools, Manage Users, but this bottum is not appear, either our administrator didn`t see it. So now we can`t export or import, we can`t make back up for the datebase and we can`t change tha password of our users. We use ACT! by sage 2006. I don`t know what to do with this problem, please help me.

Thank you!

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure I understand. Are you saying that you don't know who is the Administrator of the database?

No we know who is the Administrator, but nobody can't Manage Users. Probably the problem is somewhere in the datebase??? When we go to Tools> Manage user is not appear, it is like light grey and you can't click on it.

Only a database Administrator will be able to manage users. To see what security level to the database you have:
Go to Help | About, and click on Database Information
You'll have the Security Role at the top.

If you're not an adminstrator of the database, you'll need to log in as an admin to Manage Users.

Let me knmow if the option is still unavailable to an admin user.
