Or do you mean that you are outside your network and you want to manage your server ? Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're on the inside, I will suggest TightVNC (http://www.tightvnc.com). It's free and small. I use it everyday. If you're outside your network, you can use TightVNC after you're connet by VPN.
