Manage Exchange 2003 from Active Directory adminpak?

Is there a way to manage my Exchange 2003 from the adminpak installed on my XP Pro machine? I can manage AD but I do not have the option to edit things for users Exchange information, such as Hiding them from GL or adding alias. If you know of a something I can do to get this feature please let me know. It would be a great help. If you could possible provide a link as well that would be wonderful.

I figured it out. I installed Adminpak for Win2k3. Then installed the IIS(SMTP Connector), and then installed Exchange System Manager from the Exchange Server 2003 CD.
