HOW CAN I PREVENT MALICIOUS CALLS THROUGH ISDN TRUNKS.

RLS25.15

I CAN SEE THE NUMBER OF THE CALLER BUT I HAVE TO prevent these external calls

Unless you have symposium it can't be done, you need to call and report to whoever.

Sorry to jump in to this but just wondering what symposium and MALICIOUS CALLS has to do with each other?

IF YOU NOW THE NUMBER, IN SYMPOSIUM YOU CAN ROUTE IT JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE YOU WANT (RECORDING, ETC.)

Maybe I did not undusted his question I was thinking that MALICIOUS CALLS are use primarily for tracing harassing calls and if that’s a case then report the number to authorities and let then deal with that and let symposium do what was met to do presses calls for call centers.

That is just my two cents.

I agree, they should really report it to the proper authorities. I was just saying that was the only way that the switch could prevent the call.
