Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to trace a malicious call, wich was made between stations (E.G.: from ext Nº 5200 to ext. Nº 5201).
I´ve tryed the following, but I think it´s for externals calls

- IN COSSU, COS=54 I´ve aready habilitated TRACE and MCIDA.

ADD-WABE:CD=<code for trace>,DAR=TRACE;

CHA-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=TRACE&TRACCO;

CHA-ZAND:TYPE=ALLDATA,TRCD=<code for trace>;

CHA-DTIM1:TYPEDH=CO,TRACCO=number;

I appreciate your help! (sorry for my english)

You will see the traced calls in HISTA with your tracing on
STA-HISTA:SEARCH;

You will not find 'old' calls in the HISTA only new calls

Thanks for your response sbcsu!

When I dial the code (**46) from the extension, it appears like an inexistent code. So, how´s the procedure to create a new alarm when I want to trace the call?
I´ve done the following:

Added the code **46m to trace a call in WABE:
ADD-WABE:**46,,,TRACE,N,,,,;

IN COS=54, I´ve added the parameters TRACE & MCIDA (malicious call id autom)

[tt]DIS-COSSU:COS,54,L,;
H500: AMO COSSU STARTED
[tt] +------+-----------------+---------------+-----------------+
| COS | VOICE | FAX | DTE |

I´ve assigned cos1=54, COTRACE=YES adn ALARMNO=555, to test ext Nº 5237:

Creation of alarm Nº 555:

ADD-VADSU:pERS,555,1,90,1000,1000,0,0,SU,TRACE CALL;

Set in ZAND (Alldata), TRCD=**46

CHA-ZAND:TYPE=ALLDATA,TRCD=**46;

CHA-DTIM1:TYPEDH=CO,TRACCO=50;

(IN FEASU, all parameters are activated)[/tt]

Thanks for your help!

The alarm will come out automatically every time the user makes or receives a call.

If you only want users to trace when they decide then what they do is consultation and then then **46.
The code **46 will not work if you are not on a call.

Do you see any calls in HISTA ?
