Malicious CAll Trace Output Clarification

I have set up Malicious CAll Trace, but I need help on what some of the output means. My specific question relates to the following Fields:
MCE
MCI
RM
NPI
TON

MCE CUST00 RM005 025 *TN036 1 00 00 13:00:54 1/10/2015
CLID#1***2341164 *DN63128 NPI:0 TON:2

MCI CUST00 RM001 072 *TN036 1 00 00 13:02:28 1/10/2015
CLID#60033 *DN63128 NPI:9 TON:6

MCI CUST00 RM003 072 *TN036 1 00 00 13:02:46 1/10/2015
CLID#41360 *DN63128 NPI:9 TON:6

I thought initially is was related to the routing, but the numbers dont match up. You help is appreciated..
