HI,
I have a small program with a 'create report' button and a date textfield.
I press a button on the form and according to the date given, it produces a report accordingly. I've tried scheduling this by creating a makro, which firstly opens the form, and then secondly starts the button function. Unfortunately I have problems with the report. It doesn't seem to be able to read cetain entries from the form. In my report, you see, the dates are taken from the entries on the form, and they read '#error', Is there any other way of opening a form? Have I forgotten something?
Thanks in advance.

Kingsley

in the query on which your report is based set the criteria field of the date or dates to the textbox on the form, thus:
=Forms![yourformname]![yourtextboxname].value
