Making the switch from Nortel CS1000 to Avaya CM, and... 2

I'm making the switch from Nortel CS1000 to Avaya CM. If you know me from the Nortel group, you know that have have packaged up documentation to simplify learning for the basic administrator. I'd appreciate comments on my first try at making some basic book sets. I'm looking for comments on what I should have or could have done differently, or better.

Looks pretty good to me , the one thing about the display ,list, status page is that you may be confusing some basic admins " if that is the target group" as there are always further commands after the base one`s and some are not clear in CM when you hit F5, just a thought.

Yes, I struggled with that. I have that listed posted on my wall to remind the things I can look for. If I execute a command and nothing happens, then I press help
