Making the & show up on my Report label ? 1

I cannot get the & to show up on my report label?

My label says:
------------------------------
Save to H:\Billing\Switch CDRs
- Use fielnames 14&16IN & 14&16OUT
------------------------------


But on the Report it prints out:
------------------------------
Save to H:\Billing\Switch CDRs
- Use fielnames 1416IN & 1416OUU
------------------------------

& is telling Access to concatenate. Try:

 Use fielnames 14&&16IN && 14&&16OUT
