Making the "cents" character

Hi! I'm not sure this is really a Quark question, but I don't know who else to ask. I need to make a sheet of coupons. Obviously I know how to make the "$" character. But how do I make the "cents" character? I can't find it anywhere! Thanks.

If you are on a Mac, it's option+4 (¢) if you are on a PC then I guess its control instead of option or something like that.
