How do I set-up an FTP server and make the ftp server a pc rather than a printer. I need to generate set Wake-up call and print it out.

Not sure what the heck you are talking about. Make a FTP server a PC not a printer so you can print something?

I just tested the network printer functionality, but making the ftp server a pc rather than a printer. The MCD sends the report as a file to the ftp server which can then be opened with wordpad or similar. Maybe this would be something your customer would be able to use rather than printing the files ?

The message was sent to me as solution to a problem on printing of set Wake-up calls from 3300 MXeIII, how do I achieve this?

The wake-up calls are part of the Hotel Options and are sent from the controller on ip socket 1753. You should be able to capture the data on a printer using something like an iPocket (ethernet to serial convertor)or to a PC using Procomm or similar comm program.
