I am new to PSP. I'm running v22.2.0.8 x64 (Paint Shop Pro 2020)
I purchased some images for a logo I'm making - I didn't realize the images were in an EPS file until I had already purchased.
I need to be able to make the background transparent but it is white.
The background eraser tool doesn't remove the white background, only the images.
I have found some info on the web that suggests that I've simply made a bad purchase.
No matter what file format I choose, I can't remove the white background.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or should I just start over?
Thank you
Nancy

Hi Nancy
There are a number of answers in this forum regarding transparent backgrounds. I have an older version of PSP so from memory you need to create a layer in your image and convert the area you want as transparent. Also if you save your image as a PNG or JPG you may find it easier to convert the background.
Hope this helps.
