making text go along path

I am re-doing a logo and need the text I create to bend around in a circle..can't I do that with paths? How? Or would Illustrator be better to do this in-don't know where to start there either..it seems like something so simple.

Any help majorly appreciated!

You can and you can't do it with photoshop. Read FUNKYMONK's FAQ on this FAQ229-1902.

Yes Illustrator is the program to useto do text are a complete circle.

Thanks for your help, now I just need to figure out how to do it in Illustrator-haven't used the program that much.

OI just read some instructions for doing this in "Photoshop 6 Down and Dirty Tricks" bu Scott Kelby. Haven't tried it, though.
