Is there a Class of service that will alow for all calls to be recorderded
so that the CDR picks it up?

Thanks.

i mean for external....seems that a call was placed and the CDR did not pick it up.. weird because call was made on other set and it did. I ran some test noticed it was 1 out 5 was missed... do u know why this is?

Can you look at your raw call data? It may be your CDR software. What Software are you running?

only diff between both sets is IRA / CFHA on set that did not register call as well SSU was not assigned, NOT TO MENTION I also noticed LPK 1 but not on the set that worked what does LPK 1 do? would this affect it?

as tman30 mentioned ar u looking at raw data. If not look there first.

Also make sure that both sets use the same route to place the call.

put icda in the class and test it, lpk is not in the cdr manual as a block or test point, very few of my 2008's have lpk, most of my 16's do.. as stated i would look at the data from the switch to make sure it's broke before i fixed it, have you tried a ld call from the station for testing?
