Hi All,

What's the easier way to make phones resilient across a cluster. At the moment it appears you can select only one user at a time and select the controller they will be resilient too?

Also, is there a easy way to move users from one controller to another?

I thought you would be able to do this in the User and device config but the primary controller is greyed out?

Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Best Regards

you could use the export form modify the resilient controller and then import back in

Unless you have opsmanager there is no easy way to move a device from one controller to the other.
Opsman will also perform the resiliency in bulk using SchedMAC

Note - Opsman is only of any use if you have rel 4.0 or below and do not have common data sharing enabled.

If you do not have opsmanager you will need to delete the device and then add it back on the primary controller

That's Awful. Bring back Ops Man. It was rubbish but at least it works!!

I couldn't agree more....
