Making OVER & DOWN states the same

Could anyone tell me what is the easiest way (without going into the code) to make two rollover states (over & down) the same image? I'm trying to reduce the size of my webpage and would like to help by making it the same image.

Hi,

If you want to reduce file size and the down state is to be the same as the over state, then don't bother putting in the down state at all.
